What Does This Plan Do For My Agents?
One thing we pride ourselves on is making sure that we keep our pricing competitive. We search through our competition every 3-4 months to ensure your agents are getting the best pricing for the quality of photos that we deliver. But let's face it... sometimes agents still look for even cheaper pricing, which in turn, gets them to use companies that deliver poor-quality photos. With this offer, you can help get them the professional-quality photos that all of your listings deserve, while paying the prices your agents will be ecstatic about. Just imaging getting an amazing ribeye steak at the price of a hamburger. You can't go wrong!
I Am a Manager of Multiple Offices. How Much Do I pay?
This deal works for each individual brick-and-mortar office. We will base the discounts off of your agents' home office. We will base this off of the individual office's website where your agents are listed. The great part about this deal is that if only 2-3 of your agents use us every month with these discounts, your deal will more than pay for itself. We know that some of you manage multiple offices and we would like to help out all of them.
Can I Rejoin Your Program After Canceling?
Yes. The only caveat is that after canceling, you must wait 30 days before re-joining the program.
I just received an email with a discount for my next shoot. Can I usae it with this program?
No. We send out emails with discounts every couple of months. Because you are already receiving a discount on every product we offer as a part of this program, we cannot allow other discounts to be used in conjunction with this program. We want to ensure you get the best pricing possible while not losing money for our team.
Terms & Conditions
Front Porch Media, LLC, "FPM", reserves the right to refuse service to any broker, as well as any agent who would like to use us, regardless of the Broker's/Agent's status in our program.
FPM reserves the right at any time, and at our sole discretion, to modify the program's Terms and Conditions, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms. We, as a company, promise to add answers to this page as questions arise, as well as a promise to be fair to our clients and ensure that we are creating a mutual benefit for FPM and our clients together.
Occasionally, FPM will email a discount to our clients. No other discounts/coupons may be used with this program.
If payment from an office is unsuccessful at any time, the Broker will be given 72 hours to complete payment or will be released from the program.
If a broker/office is released from the program due to non-payment, then that broker/office must wait a minimum of 30 days before re-joining the program.
