PHOTOGRAPHY EVENT CONTRACT

Each participant will receive a set of 2 photos.

Cost per set: $20.00 (Payment via cash or Zelle to info@fpmphotography.com).
Photo Delivery:

Participants will enter their email addresses into the "Shootproof" app.

Notification of photo readiness will be sent via email.

Photos will be accessible on a shared online page where participants must locate and download their photos.

Option to order prints online for an additional cost.
Terms and Conditions:

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of the photo shoot. Payments are non-refundable.

Photography Process: Participants will step up from the left, pose for photos, and exit to the right. The background will include the Christmas tree at the Plaza de la Constitución.

Photo Access: All photos will be uploaded to a shared online page. Participants are responsible for locating and downloading their photos. Photos may be visible to other participants.

Ordering Prints: Prints can be ordered online at an additional cost, prices and sizes will be available on the website.

Privacy: The event is held in a public outdoor area. No privacy is guaranteed or implied.

Use of Images: The photographer reserves the right to use any photograph for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes.

Liability: The photographer is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the event.

Cancellation Policy: In case of event cancellation by the photographer, participants will be notified and refunded.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE FORM

Purpose: This release form grants FPM the right to use photographs and video footage taken during the event for promotional, advertising, and other purposes.
